Her keen eye for detail and her vast knowledge of health and medication have found a new home in the cultivation of our diverse mushroom varieties. Her expertise ensures that each mushroom is grown with the utmost attention to health and quality.

Together, we are a team that combines practical know-how with a passion for organic growth. As we raise our young children, aged 2 and 4, we also nurture our mushroom farm with the same commitment and love. Certifications

Certified Producer Certificate: A Certified Producer Certificate is a valuable credential granted by the California Department of Food and Agriculture. It allows us, as local farmers, to directly sell our California-grown produce at Certified Farmers Markets in Riverside County. This certificate ensures that all products we offer are listed and approved, providing transparency to our customers.

Food Handlers Card: A Food Handler’s Card, often referred to as a Food Handler’s Certificate, is a credential that signifies an individual’s successful completion of a food safety course approved by the state or county. This certificate is essential for anyone handling unpackaged food, utensils, or food-contact surfaces. It demonstrates that the individual has acquired the necessary knowledge to handle food safely, which is crucial in preventing foodborne illnesses.

Mushroom Good Agricultural Practices (MGAP) Program: The MGAP program provides a set of standards and procedures that mushroom growers can use to enhance and document safe mushroom growing practices.

FSMA Produce Safety Rule Compliance: The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule applies to mushroom growers and sets requirements for controlling potential food safety hazards on the farm.

California-Grown Mushroom Act Compliance: All of our produce and products comply with the California-Grown Mushroom Act.
